Warranty
Buyers must notify AMP-HEAD within the Warranty Period, stated below, of any defective product. All of AMP-HEAD's products are tested before shipping. We warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment under normal use and service. AMP-HEAD's obligations, with respect to warranty returns, are limited to repair, replacement or refund of purchase price actually paid for the product.
Warranty Period
All Bias Tester™ products are warranted for 120 days from the date of shipment.
Power Tubes are warranted to be free of burn out for 90 days from the date of shipment. If one tube fails, the set will be replaced to insure proper matching.
Preamp Tubes are warranted to be free of burn out, excessive noise or micro-phonics for 120 days from the date of shipment.
All other products, not supplied with manufacturers own warranty, will be warranted for 90 days from the date of shipment.
This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether oral, written, expressed, implied or statutory. Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are specifically excluded and shall not apply. Seller's obligations and Buyer's remedies, with respect to defective or nonconforming products, are solely and exclusively as stated herein.
Limitation of Liability
AMP-HEAD, LLC is not liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profit or revenue, recall costs, claims for service interruptions or failure to supply downtime, testing, installations or removal costs, costs of substitute products, property damage, personal injury, death or legal expenses.
Product Application Limitation
AMP-HEAD's products design, manufacturing, and intended use are stated in our product specifications catalog. AMP-HEAD is not liable, in whole or part, for any claims or damages resultant from such use in which our product was not designed for.
